The Company identified as (“Sponsor”) is afforded the Sponsorship Level Benefit (“SLB”) at the “Event” identified above, on the terms and conditions of this “Application”. Certain SLB’s may be limited and subject to availability. Final SLB assignments are made by Swiss Growth Forums ("SGF"), and will occur only after full payment has been received. Refer to the SGF Sponsorship Brochure for the full description of each SLB.

This SGF Conference SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT is entered into by and between the above stated Sponsor and shall remain in effect until the completion of the SGF Conference event(s). By submitting this form, Sponsor agrees to the Terms and Conditions made a part hereof. This Agreement shall bind the Sponsor to the terms and conditions set forth herein when submitted to SGF.
