May 3, 2017 – Advanced Interactive Gaming LTD. is pleased to announce Q4 2016 revenues of $657K with a net income for the quarter of $470K. CEO and Chairman, Jason Garber, comments: “We are very pleased with our first operating quarter’s results derived from the royalty agreement entered into with Stainless Games. These earnings are reflected by the recent release of Carmageddon: Max Damage on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and the Steam platform on PC. ”

Mr. Garber goes on to say: “These revenues will allow AIG to continue to execute on its business plan and strategy for 2017 and 2018 as the company launches its full lineup of software titles across a range of gaming platforms including PS4, XB1, PC, iOS, and Android.”

AIG expects to grow its business and title portfolio rapidly over the next three years and is looking to expand its network of strategic business partnerships. At present, Carmageddon: Crashers is in soft

launch and slated for a release in the next quarter. A further three productions are in development for release in the near future. Next to these game developments a Carmageddon movie has also been in discussion and is in its planning phase.

AIG is currently being publicly listed on the Bermuda Stock Exchange with near-term plans to expand its listing to Europe in the second quarter of 2017. This coincides with AIG’s initial strategy as part of a capital formation campaign to enable a prosperous future for the company as well as provide investor liquidity. Mr. Garber stated: “This will be a significant step towards becoming a major name in the games market, working on even larger and more ambitious projects.”
