Advanced Interactive Gaming LTD. is pleased to announce Q4 revenues of $657K with a net income for the quarter of $470K. CEO Jason Garber comments: “We are very pleased with our first operating quarter’s results derived from the royalty agreement entered into with Stainless Games. These earnings are reflected by the recent release of Carmageddon: Max Damage on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and the Steam platform on PC. ”
Mr. Garber added “These revenues will allow AIG to continue to execute on its business plan and strategy for 2017 and 2018 as the company launches its full line-up of software titles across a range of gaming platforms including PS4, XB1, PC, iOS and Android.”
AIG expects to grow its business and title portfolio rapidly over the next three years and is looking to expand its network of strategic business partnerships. At present Carmageddon: Crashers, the game for iPhone and Android platforms, is in soft launch and slated for a release in the next quarter. The company is currently developing three game concepts which are planned for release in the near future. In addition, a movie based on the Carmageddon franchise is in its initial planning phase.
AIG is working to complete its listing on the Bermuda Stock Exchange with plans to expand its listing to Europe in the second quarter of 2017. This aligns with AIG’s initial strategy as part of a capital formation campaign to enable AIG to continue its successful operations in the video game industry. Mr. Garber stated: “This will be a significant step towards becoming a major name in the games market working on even larger and more ambitious projects.”
