From 2001 to 2014, Ms. Conte served as the Chief Executive Officer of Napo Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company she founded in November 2001. Additionally, Ms. Conte is Napo Pharmaceutical’s current Interim Chief Executive Officer and has served as a member of its board of directors since 2001. Ms. Conte is also currently a member of the board of directors of Healing Forest Conservatory, a California not-for-profit public benefit corporation. Ms. Conte holds an M.S. in Physiology and Pharmacology from the University of California, San Diego, and an M.B.A. and A.B. in Biochemistry from Dartmouth College.

Nick Levitt serves as the Managing Director of EIO. He then moved on to multiple locations helping entrepreneur’s and their businesses grow through an extensive range of experiences culminating in running the corporate bank in HSBC, United Arab Emirates. Thereafter he moved to London where he designed, built and grew a highly successful and unique business aimed at providing engaging ideas catering for entrepreneur’s investment appetite – buying real estate and private companies. Nick was born in Lusaka, Zambia and is a UK citizen. He went to Emmanuel College, Cambridge University and Exeter School.

Mr. Londoner was the founder and managing partner of Red Coat Capital Management in New York. Founded in late 1996, the hedge fund (long/short equity strategy) grew from its initial base of $ 2 million in assets to a peak of $ 1.1 billion. Mr. Londoner started his investment career at J. & W. Seligman & Co., Inc., a leading institutional money management firm where he rose from research analyst to managing $ 3.5 billion in mutual funds, pension funds, and international assets. He joined Seligman in 1991 and left in 1997. Mr. Londoner graduated from Lafayette College in 1989 with a degree in economics and finance and received his MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business in 1994, with a dual major in finance and management.
